Blaine Fontana has an opening tomorrow at Distinction Gallery in Escindido, CA. He's showing (and selling) some ENORMOUS pieces, wish I could get down there to check them out. I'm crossing my fingers and toes that he makes a print of The Avant Garden of Midnight Marauders sometime soon. Also – check out this time lapse video of a recent comission he did – it's fucking awesome.

I really like Nick Dewar's straight up illustration style and use of color. I had a hard time picking out a personal favorite of his, but the wistfulness of the cowboy's face in this one really gets to me.
