Two new yummy prints from Audrey. I am SO buying Horngirl, although I think if I didn't already have Two girls I'd go with the octo one.
I had to buy the "Octogirls" print. I wish she'd make more prints on wood. How would you suggest framing this print? Usually I have an idea of what would look good. I really want to preserve the natural feel of the print and still give it a modern edge.
I wish she would make some more on wood too. I loved the treatment she did on Sophia, and would love to have seen it on one of these pieces.
The wood thing is a little odd framed, but unless you want to try to trim the print and mount it on wood (which I don't recommend) I think the best thing to do is to just frame it with a plain flat black frame and float the piece itself on a white mat or have a frame custom made for the piece's odd size. That way the framing isn't distracting attention from the piece itself, and you don't have any square mat corners fighting the rounded corners on the print (which are actually much more pronounced then they look with the piece shrunken down).
This is fantastic --
