Gorgeous work from one of my absolute favorite artists Sam Weber. I think this is his first print, it's from an illustration that he did called Oryx for Dellas Graphics, and it looks absolutely fantastic.

"I named this after a character from Margaret Atwood’s Oryx and Crake. Although the figure depicted bears no narrative resemblance to the aforementioned, there is something about the pose and colour that evokes themes within the novel that I found fitting. I’ll do this often, try to conjure the sense of a character I have read or heard about, even if it does not directly relate to the problem at hand. I think part of it is about satisfying certain artistic compulsions, and part of it is about creating something that feels convincing."

GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS stuff from Byroglyphics (or Russ Wills) over at Fine Grime. I have no idea how I am just finding out about him but WOW. Love his stuff.

This print is a Limited Edition Giclee run of 50, printed on 310gm2 paper, sized 310 X 430 mm, which works out close to 13 X 17". Should fit nicely into a 16x20" frame.

Awesome four print set by Jeremy Fish. I haven't really been keeping on top of Jeremy's work since 2008, and wow is he ever doing some impressive stuff now. His wood cravings are amazing!

These prints are sold by Umbrella Market, and printed in Oakland, CA by the super nice people at Bloom Press. They're 16x20, so they're priced extremely fairly.

Travis Lampe's awesome contribution to Beasts 2 as a giclée print.The print measures 12"x12", is printed on Velvet Fine Art Paper and is limited to an edition of 30.

I would also run and get the Beasts!: Book Two from Amazon now. Book One sold out much to my dismay, although they do also now have a paperback.

Oh man I LOVE this print from Marci Washington. Printed with archival inks on bamboo paper (which is slightly off white) measures 12 1/4 x 14 1/2"  and comes in an edition of 25, signed, numbered and dated. Available at Little Paper Planes.

Maybe it's the sugar skull. Maybe it's the peonies shooting out of the skulls eyesockets. Maybe it's the crows. And the feathers. And the butterfly plaque. Anyway, I LOVE this print, it's full of so many of my favorite things.

$25 for a 13x19", $40 for a 18x24", and $80 for a 24x36". It's an open-ended giclée print on 100% cotton rag paper using archival inks. I think the 18x24" is the best deal, but if I was buying this I'd go all the way up to 24x36" so that I could check out all the details. From INPRNT.
